We helped a client with a commercial building (with flats behind it) in Stirling sell their property.
The commercial property was located within the city centre and had been vacant post-COVID. The new client approached us through a recommendation from a previous client. After an initial conversation, we visited the property and conducted a commercial and residential appraisal.
The purchase was divided into buying the commercial unit and the two flats behind it. By buying them as two separate transactions, we were able to offer the maximum value for each purchase. All three properties were then completely stripped back and redeveloped. The total time for this purchase was 6 weeks.
