We'll ask you for some basic details about your property when you first contact us.
For example, we'll need your postcode. The more information you provide, the better we can undertake more in-depth research and form a complete picture before we arrive. Your information is treated with the strictest confidence and will not be shared with anyone outside the organisation.
We will examine maps, local property data, and explore our extensive database of property prices throughout Scotland. By the time we arrive, we will know your property as well as you do.

Property visit
One of our team members will visit your property, equipped with detailed information about your area and property.
We will conduct a home inspection, which involves walking around the property to assess it. They will take notes and examine various aspects of your home. You can expect this inspection to take about an hour. The inspection may include looking at the loft, cupboards, and cellars, much like how someone would inspect a car before buying it.
Once we have completed the inspection, we will be able to discuss the offer. This initial offer will be verbal and followed within 24 hours by a formal offer via our solicitor.

Receive our offer within 24 hours
Within 24 hours, we will send you a formal offer through our solicitor. The offer will detail the price we are offering, discuss the timeframe, and note any conditions or specifics about the offer.
It will also explain other elements of the offer, such as free legal services, house clearance, furniture removal, and waste removal where applicable.
